Sam didint do very well at school so his exam results we a bit of a disapointment to him. Never the less Sam wanted to be a chef and he set about getting himself a job and wrote to nearly every hotel in the area. As we live near Heathrow Airport, that is quite a few. He sent out over 30 letters. Soon after he started to get some response. Most were "thanks but no thanks", However some asked Sam to attend an interview. So we set about getting him a Suit, New Shoes and a Note Book. In the end Sam attended about 6 interviews and was offered 3 positions as a trainee chef with diffrent Companies. Sam choose to work at the Renassance Hotel Near the Airport. He really enjoyed working there.
