Sam was in Wrexham Park with an infection and one day he had a funny reaction when given his drugs so that night he had to stay in the HDU, he was a bit gutted as we were addicted to Big Brother and they could not find him a portable telly that worked but anyway I sat in with him until he went to sleep, I have to say he was really OK at this point but they were being careful, he was wired up to all these machines and he realised that if he squeezed the tubes it made the machine go funny so he kept behaving like that girl out of the airplane film when the nun is singing to her, we laughed so much so he kept doing it, I had to try and keep a straight face and tell him to stop it he was supposed to be ill! BYW they wheeled him back to his room first thing in the morning so he couild watch last nigths repeat of BB, bless the those lovely nurses. xx
